Vineyard Fresh Wine Preservative

Vineyard Fresh preserves open wine by simply spraying 2 quick bursts into an open bottle of wine then re-cork. Vineyard Fresh creates a protective barrier between remaining wine and the air left in the bottle, preventing oxidation. It’s naturally heavy enough to preserve your wine, light enough to be colorless, odorless and tasteless.

Vineyard Fresh is a mixture of Argon with a small percentage of Nitrogen and works on a combination of chemistry and physics.

Chemistry – Argon is an inert gas and does not interact with wine. Argon is non-metallic, colorless, odorless, tasteless and naturally in the air we breathe. Argon is heavier than oxygen and lighter than wine.

Physics – The heavier gas will displace the lighter gas. Argon displaces the oxygen and creates a vapor barrier between the wine and the oxygen, preventing oxidation from spoiling the wine.

It not only works on wine but it can keep high end oils fresh that otherwise go rancid from lack of use. Use it on extra virgin olive oil, truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.

For more information on Vineyard Fresh, visit the website.

You get at 100 "squirts" per canister so it can be used 50 times on wine, oils, vinegars, etc.

The Winner Corkscrew
This looks like a typical waiter's tool corkscrew but it’s better for three reasons:

The lever is offset which enables the cork to come out straight instead of being pulled to the side resulting in fewer broken corks.

The worm is such that it goes into the cork easier and with fewer turns. It’s surprising how much difference that makes.

3. It’s lighter because of the composite material

In a recent trial with 225 Sommeliers in the top pouring restaurants in America, more than 80 percent preferred this corkscrew over other corkscrews they have been using.

A great price for this corkscrew. $7.50
